The Bridge | S2E1 — Cultivating Gratitude in Children
We’re kicking off Season 2 with a heartfelt and timely conversation all about gratitude. In honor of the Thanksgiving season, this episode explores how we can help children build a spirit of thankfulness—and why doing so matters far beyond the holidays.
Join us as we unpack the powerful connection between gratitude and empathy. You’ll learn how practicing gratitude can strengthen a child’s emotional development, deepen their compassion for others, and create meaningful habits that carry into adulthood.
We’ll share simple, practical ways caregivers can nurture gratitude though everyday moments. Whether it’s through modeling, reflection, acts of kindness, or small daily rituals, fostering gratitude can build bridges to stronger relationships and healthier emotional well-being.
Tune in to start the season with encouragement, insight, and tools to help the children in your life grow with grateful hearts.

With Halloween just around the corner, Ashley and Anna are busting the myth that “therapy is scary.” In this episode, they dive into the real benefits of therapy—specifically Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT)—and explain how it helps children process and heal from trauma in a safe and supportive environment. While some may worry that therapy could be re-traumatizing, avoiding trauma altogether isn’t the answer. Tune in as we shed light on how therapy brings comfort, healing, and brighter days ahead.

The Bridge | Season 1, Episode 11: Suicide Prevention
In this important episode, Anna and Ashley sit down to discuss a topic that touches so many lives — suicide ideation and prevention. Together, they explore how to have the tough conversations, recognize the signs of struggle, and remind us that, at the heart of it all, we all want the very best for our kids.
Talking about suicide can feel hard, but it’s one of the most powerful ways we can show care and create hope. Let’s keep learning how to listen, support, and connect — because help and healing are always possible.
